Why is my report button locked?

The report button is unlocked only when the website has an active or pending paid plan. If no package exists for that website, you will see a get plan or buy package option.

Can I use one package for multiple websites?

No. Each package is connected to one website unique code. If you want SEO or backlink work for another domain, buy a separate package for that domain.

What does pending plan mean?

Pending means the plan/order/payment is not fully active yet. It may be waiting for payment confirmation, admin verification, subscription data, or manual approval.

Can I share my report password with my SEO team?

Yes, but only with trusted people. The report password is used to access your report. If you share it publicly or with the wrong person, you are responsible for misuse.

Why can the next report be the same?

SEO does not change every day. If there is no major ranking movement, backlink update, content change, or technical improvement, the next report may look similar.

Can backlinks guarantee rankings?

What should I do if payment is done but plan is not active?
